It’s always a good idea to review safety steps no matter how many times you’ve performed them. I share things learned from my own experience (sometimes found out the "hard way"). I also had lots of good expert input from those more experienced in areas less familiar to me. An RV salesman with over 20 years experience helped with the PDI process, a long-time trailer and 5th wheel tower overlooked that section. Like many people, Kim and I spent lots of years hearing about the cruise vacations that other folks were taking. We saw beautiful pictures of exotic places that we, as a young and dirt poor couple, thought we may never see. We lived one day at a time, congratulated others on the chance to take amazing voyages, and hoped for the day when money was easier to come by.

What you have found is that you can’t get anything you want! You called your resort and got no help there. You called RCI and all they said was to request more in advance.
